• Assist and oversee the entire process of presales and implementation projects.
• Ensure projects remain aligned with critical timelines (e.g., 60–120 day implementations).
• Facilitate a smooth transition from Sales to Customer Success.
• Identify risks early and ensure continuous project progression.
• Maintain accuracy and up-to-date information in CRM and internal systems.
• Provide regular updates regarding progress, milestones, and customer feedback.
• Gather insights to enhance the onboarding and post-implementation experience.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver a unified customer experience.
• Assist in developing scalable processes as the organization expands.
• Ensure a seamless, high-quality experience at every interaction.
• At least 3 years of experience in software implementation, project management, or consulting, preferably in the SaaS sector.
• Background in the mining industry will be considered a significant advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Demonstrated success in implementing complex software solutions.
• Strong project management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple implementations concurrently.
• Technical proficiency with a quick learning curve for new technologies.
• Experience working in a global team environment and collaborating across different time zones.
• Problem-solving orientation with a knack for devising innovative solutions to customer challenges.
• Familiarity with CRM and project management tools.
• Proficient in English and Portuguese (both written and spoken).
• Spanish proficiency is highly preferred.
