This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Manage a portfolio of n8n’s enterprise clients, serving as the main post-sales liaison throughout onboarding, adoption, and renewal processes.
• Facilitate customer kickoffs and success strategies, ensuring alignment among stakeholders regarding objectives, timelines, responsibilities, and measurable results.
• Propel onboarding and enablement efforts for both technical and business audiences, removing obstacles to implementation and speeding up time-to-value.
• Develop a robust operating rhythm (health assessments, executive syncs, QBRs), utilizing data and insights to shape priorities and decision-making.
• Track customer health and product usage indicators to proactively identify risks, manage escalations, and maintain stakeholder alignment.
• Measure and convey business value throughout the customer lifecycle, crafting ROI stories linked to adoption, results, and impact.
• Discover and advance expansion opportunities (upsell/cross-sell), collaborating with Account Executives on account strategies that drive growth.
• Work closely with Support, Solutions Engineering, and Product teams to swiftly address blockers and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Offer structured, actionable feedback to Product and Engineering teams, reflecting customer needs and influencing roadmap priorities.
• Experience in Enterprise Customer Success: You’ve managed a portfolio of enterprise SaaS clients and can efficiently handle kickoffs, onboarding, and QBRs from start to finish.
• Focus on value and outcomes: You are adept at converting product usage into quantifiable results, ROI, and narratives suitable for executives.
• Technical proficiency: You can confidently engage with IT and engineering stakeholders (APIs, integrations, authentication fundamentals, environments), knowing when and how to escalate issues.
• Business acumen: You have successfully driven renewals and expansion (upsell/cross-sell) and have a proven track record of retention and growth impact.
• Operational excellence: You maintain a structured operating rhythm, keep stakeholders aligned, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Effective communication: You articulate ideas clearly to both builders and executives, and you excel in building strong, lasting relationships.
• Cross-functional collaboration: You work effectively with Sales, Support, Solutions Engineering, and Product teams to remove customer obstacles and enhance their journey.
• Adaptability in uncertainty: You thrive in dynamic environments and take initiative.
• Additional skills: Curiosity about Automation and AI—experience with automation/AI tools (or iPaaS/workflow platforms) that can enhance customer value realization.
• Experience in startup or scale-up environments: You have worked in high-growth settings and enjoy the challenges of "building the plane while flying it."
• Global experience: You have engaged with enterprise accounts across EMEA and US time zones, navigating complex stakeholder groups.
• Educational background: A degree or equivalent training in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) is advantageous.
• Familiarity with n8n or similar platforms: Previous exposure to workflow automation/integration tools will help you acclimate quickly.
