This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Promote the adoption of Workiva solutions among customers
• Provide consultation on optimal practices and workflows
• Recognize and assess risks within designated accounts
• Act as an internal advocate for customers
• Utilize customer management tools to monitor communication
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Customer Success or Customer Service
• Proficiency in both German and English
