This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Oversee a portfolio of Mid Market/enterprise clients within the EMEA region.
• Comprehend customers’ business strategies and guide them towards achieving their objectives.
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers and serve as the advocate for Wrike throughout their journey.
• Collaborate with clients to define clear business objectives, timelines, priorities, and success metrics.
• Develop, implement, and manage detailed engagement and communication strategies to maximize customer ROI and drive NET MRR growth.
• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Wrike.
• Work closely with various teams regularly, including Sales, Professional Services, Support, Product, etc.
• Monitor the entire portfolio of clients and strive to achieve targets.
• Proficient in both English and German.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Success Management or a customer-facing role supporting mid-market clients.
• Experience collaborating with Marketing teams, Professional Services, IT teams, and PMO teams.
• Ability to forge and maintain strong relationships with a diverse group of clients, including senior leadership.
• Knowledge and practical experience in project management, business process redesign, and change management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills: genuine, warm, positive, engaging, able to connect well with others, friendly, empathetic, tactful, and composed under pressure during challenging interpersonal situations, exhibiting a high level of patience.
• Eager to delve into the technical aspects of a product for thorough understanding.
