This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Oversee a portfolio of customer accounts, monitoring their usage and overall health in relation to digital transformation with Tulip, while nurturing Tulip's relationship with each client.
• Guide clients in leveraging Tulip as a tool to enhance their operations through digitization, which includes suggesting use cases and tracking as well as communicating return on investment (ROI).
• Serve as a trusted partner to clients, ensuring smooth contract renewals and facilitating commercial growth.
• Collaborate with various internal teams, including Customer Support, Professional Services, Product Management, and Sales.
• Develop and enhance internal processes and resources as a means to scale and mature the Customer Success function.
• Work in partnership with clients, Tulip's partners, Professional Services, Support teams, Sales, and Product Management.
• Bachelor’s degree (MBA/Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in implementing changes within manufacturing and operations.
• At least 4 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Management Consulting, or other client-facing roles within the manufacturing and operations sector.
• Proficiency in creating and delivering executive presentations.
• Experience working with large corporations and in multicultural business contexts.
• Track record of coordinating and leading initiatives among cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Professional Services.
• Willingness to travel, estimated at 20%.
• Customer-centric mindset with the capability to partner with clients to achieve measurable results.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to independently structure information and initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills across different organizational levels.
