This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• As the main contact for product and technical inquiries at onpreo, you ensure that our customers and users have a great experience with our product and organization.
• You create sustainable training solutions to help customers effectively utilize our product.
• You continuously enhance customer value by driving upsells and cross-sells for our SaaS offerings.
• Collaborating with the product team, you optimize and automate our Customer Success processes (e.g., through Intercom, JIRA, Userpilot).
• You manage seamless onboarding and comprehensive coaching for new clients.
• You relay and coordinate customer requests to our product team, significantly contributing to the ongoing enhancement of our software.
• Alongside the team, you further develop the infrastructure for our Customer Success department (including ticketing systems, knowledge bases, FAQs, etc.).
• You assess existing customers for upselling opportunities and introduce them to new products and features.
• You serve as a "partner" and technical consultant to our customers regarding the use of our software.
• You interact with customers via phone or ticketing system to swiftly address inquiries and technical challenges.
• You possess an entrepreneurial mindset and demonstrate commitment at work, driven by the desire to make an impact and achieve quick results.
• You are tech-savvy and ideally have some experience with software tools such as Userpilot or Intercom.
• You can identify opportunities for process improvements and are unafraid to address them.
• Customer interaction is familiar to you, and you enjoy engaging with clients.
• You are open, empathetic, communicative, and passionate about customer interaction.
• You work methodically and are highly dependable.
• You possess a solution-oriented approach and demonstrate initiative.
• You are fluent in German.
