This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
β’ Foster active utilization of the platform and enhance long-term engagement by managing, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with existing customers.
β’ Identify, engage, and establish relationships with forwarders and Logistics Service Providers through proactive outreach.
β’ Organize product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and activation initiatives to promote early-stage platform use.
β’ Serve as a trusted advisor to users, ensuring they meet their business objectives on the platform.
β’ Maintain operational oversight by monitoring customer engagement and health metrics.
β’ 1 to 3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation sales, account management, or customer success.
β’ Native or professional proficiency in both Polish and English.
β’ Demonstrated success in driving product adoption and fostering customer relationships.
β’ Highly disciplined in managing partner referrals and sales pipelines.
β’ Customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments.
