This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.
• In the role of Customer Success Manager, you will oversee and ensure the effective delivery of all sponsor-related commitments throughout the duration of a sponsorship.
• This position serves as the main liaison for sponsors, managing their expectations, coordinating with internal teams, and monitoring the fulfillment of obligations to guarantee sponsors receive the promised benefits and value.
• Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and content teams to facilitate a smooth transition of new sponsorships and associated deliverables.
• Provide sponsors with a comprehensive overview of deliverables and timelines.
• Establish and maintain a centralized tracking system to oversee the progress of deliverables.
• Act as the primary communication link between sponsors and internal teams, gathering necessary information (e.g., logos, company profiles, speaker details, etc.) from sponsors within specified timelines.
• Partner with the marketing and design teams to ensure that all sponsor branding and materials adhere to the agreed-upon brand guidelines of the sponsor as well as CSG standards.
• Regularly inform sponsors about the status of their deliverables, including any issues or delays. Schedule regular check-ins to discuss progress or necessary adjustments.
• Ensure that operational and logistical teams have all the required information to execute on-site or online sponsorship-related activities.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on all deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high standards.
• Work with internal teams to finalize the post-show report for sponsors, detailing the performance and effectiveness of sponsorship deliverables, such as engagement and brand visibility.
• Excellent communication skills: Ability to present complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities: Essential for tracking timelines, deliverables, and follow-up tasks.
• Keen attention to detail: Vital for ensuring that no crucial details are overlooked when discussing the scope of work, timelines, and expectations.
