This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Conduct monthly video call check-ins with mentees to evaluate their progress.
• Oversee the advancement of mentees through the program's four distinct phases.
• Identify and address any challenges faced by mentees.
• Collaborate with the Mentor Immo ecosystem and communicate with the internal team.
• Enhance client engagement and satisfaction by monitoring mentees' activities.
• Develop the Customer Success Management (CSM) function, including the creation of processes and tracking tools.
• 3–5 years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or premium client management position.
• Proficient in Notion for CRM management, dashboards, and project tracking.
• At ease with Slack and video conferencing platforms such as Teams and Zoom.
• Fluent in French, both in writing and speaking.
• 100% remote work environment.
• Flexible working arrangements.
• Attendance at three seminars per year.
