This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
β’ Defining, communicating, and managing project deliverables for customers.
β’ Acting as the main point of contact for onboarding, training, and daily requirements for your customer group.
β’ Advocating for all assigned customers by comprehending their business needs and utilizing Wiserβs solutions to facilitate their growth.
β’ Collecting, documenting, quantifying, and conveying customer feedback and risks to various teams.
β’ Aiding in the development of shared resources and innovating efficient processes.
β’ Analyzing customer behavior and implementing strategies to enhance engagement and retention.
β’ Conducting regular customer meetings and quarterly business reviews.
β’ Must possess long-term and full-time work authorization in Australia.
β’ 2-4 years of experience as a customer success manager or in a similar role.
β’ 2-4 years of professional experience in a position that combines customer focus with analytics.
β’ Technical proficiency, with intermediate or advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce CRM.
β’ Knowledge of the retail industry is preferred.
