Customer Success Manager – Finance Software

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of Trusts, providing support to both new and existing clients utilizing Planner, ICFP, and other IMP products.

• Spearhead the Initial Success (training) initiative for ICFP, facilitating structured onboarding, training, and early-stage adoption within a 45-day timeframe.

• Collaborate with Trusts to help them achieve maximum value from IMP Software, ensuring high engagement, correct usage, and alignment with Trust objectives.

• Conduct regular Success Reviews to evaluate adoption, performance, and pinpoint areas for optimization.

• Serve as the customer's advocate within IMP, coordinating cross-functionally with Implementation, Support, Product, and Account Management teams.

• Identify customers who may be at risk and take proactive measures to re-engage and retain them.

• Assist in the ongoing development of best practice resources, playbooks, and training materials.

• Contribute to the continuous enhancement of the customer journey, including the implementation of the LMS and Community Forum.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a finance-related role (Trust, school, or external finance environment).

• Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, monitoring financial performance, and producing or reviewing management accounts.

• AAT Level 3 or higher is preferred, or equivalent practical accounting experience.

• Experience in a school or Trust setting is preferred but not essential if strong finance knowledge is demonstrated.

• Familiarity with curriculum experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
