Customer Success Manager – Europe

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of Enterprise clients, ensuring optimal retention and growth.

• Comprehend clients’ business objectives, needs, and KPIs to deliver measurable value.

• Facilitate onboarding sessions and serve as a trusted advisor for sustained success.

• Evaluate key metrics, NPS feedback, and account health to identify risks and opportunities.

• Collaborate across departments to secure renewals and promote expansion.

• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to ensure AppFollow is properly configured.

• Share best practices to enable clients to maximize their value.

• Showcase customer achievements by partnering with Marketing on case studies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager.

• Proficient in English and Russian; knowledge of any additional language is advantageous.

• Demonstrated success with enterprise-level clients.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including engagement with C-suite executives.

• Highly organized, proactive, and adept at managing a large portfolio of accounts.

• Strong understanding of product features; capable of translating technical aspects into business value.

• Experience in leading customer advisory boards or product feedback sessions.

• Customer-centric, empathetic, and detail-oriented.

• Confident in both written and verbal communication.

• Capable of prioritizing, multitasking, and collaborating across functions.

• Problem-solver with a passion for fostering long-term relationships.

• Experience in team management is a plus.
