This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Provide expert advice on lifecycle assessment (LCA) to assist clients in achieving their sustainability objectives.
• Deliver specialized technical and domain support related to risk management, compliance, and cost optimization.
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor on sustainability matters.
• Facilitate customer renewals by ensuring they realize their desired outcomes through our solutions.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to foster customer growth.
• Collaborate with clients to formulate project plans, ensuring mutual accountability and success.
• Partner closely with the implementation team to ensure seamless onboarding and continuous customer success.
• Create and maintain success sheets, project documentation, and other resources to bolster customer success.
• Monitor and report on customer progress, celebrating achievements and pinpointing areas for enhancement.
• Represent the voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for their needs and challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in sustainability consulting, with a concentrated focus on lifecycle assessment (LCA).
• Demonstrated experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles, especially with large enterprise manufacturing clients.
• Strong understanding of risk management, compliance, and cost optimization within the sustainability framework.
• Excellent project management skills, capable of developing and implementing comprehensive project plans.
• Technical proficiency in sustainability software tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with European regulatory landscapes and sustainability standards.
• Professional certifications in sustainability (e.g., LEED, GRI, LCA certifications).
