This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Responsible for nurturing and enhancing relationships with clients and subcontractors.
• Ongoing communication and enhancement of collaboration with clients.
• Daily documentation of problem cases (claims management) and notifying/escalating to the internal team.
• Management of client accounts.
• Facilitating the onboarding process for clients.
• Preparing demonstrations of the software and applications.
• Collaborating with the product team.
• Proficient in English and German communication skills, both oral and written.
• Over 1 year of experience with SAAS products (customer support, account management, partner management).
• Possess empathy and communicate in a proactive, prompt, and courteous manner.
• Confident in using MS Office and general PC applications.
