Customer Success Manager, Eastern Europe, Central Asia

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Foster and nurture long-lasting relationships with key Corporate & SMB clients across Eastern Europe and Central Asia.

• Serve as a trusted advisor for assigned accounts, engaging with stakeholders at various levels, including C-level executives.

• Oversee and assess delivery processes in implementation projects.

• Detect early warning signs to avert delivery and launch-related challenges.

• Assist customers in achieving their desired results through product consulting, value realization, and maximizing ROI.

• Expand the customer portfolio by ensuring zero churn and actively pursuing cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working with clients in the Eastern Europe region.

• Upper-Intermediate proficiency in English.

• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, core systems, LC/NC solutions, or other enterprise software.

• Capability to effectively manage a customer portfolio through regular interactions with clients and designated integrator partners.

• Experience in managing or supervising software implementations, customizations, or detailed product demonstrations for corporate software.

• Strong skills in customer-centric communication and presentation.

• Commercial awareness, including expertise in negotiation and renewal management.
