Customer Success Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to enhance customer adoption efforts and success strategies.

• Gain in-depth knowledge of the Allego platform and assist customers in configuring features for enablement projects.

• Oversee customer and CSM execution requests through a structured intake process.

• Facilitate customer-facing configuration sessions, office hours, and platform training.

• Work closely with Allego Support and internal teams for technical troubleshooting or escalation processes.

• Execute scoped Success Acceleration Services engagements, providing hands-on configuration and execution assistance.

• Manage a portfolio of Digital customers and offer reactive support for feature and use case adoption.

• Keep precise records of customer activities, requests, and outcomes in Salesforce and ChurnZero.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2+ years of relevant experience in customer service, customer success, or account management is preferred.

• Strong technical aptitude and a passion for becoming proficient in a SaaS platform.

• A curious mindset with the ability to quickly grasp products, workflows, and customer use cases.

• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple CSM and customer requests and priorities concurrently.

• A high level of ownership, responsiveness, and follow-through with customers.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Confidence in direct interactions with customers.

• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, and ChurnZero is an advantage.
