This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Act as the Voice of the Customer (VoC) and represent their interests internally.
• Provide additional value through services that enhance product value and encourage adoption.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in collaboration with sales colleagues.
• Function as the main point of contact within the customer success organization.
• Develop and oversee a customer success plan in partnership with the account manager and client.
• Create and present virtual business reviews to C-level executives.
• Proficient in Dutch.
• Experience in a customer-centric role focused on generating value from cloud software.
• Technically knowledgeable and adept with customer engagement technologies, best practices, and industry trends.
• Prior experience in ERP, HCM, and/or financial planning software sectors is advantageous.
• Strong communication and relationship management abilities.
• Bilingual in Dutch and English (both verbal and written).
• Willingness to travel as required (up to 20%).
