Customer Success Manager, Customer Relations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain robust relationships with customers, serving as their primary point of contact throughout the contract duration.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by comprehensively understanding their requirements and proactively addressing any issues or challenges.

• Support customers during onboarding, provide product training, and offer continuous assistance to enhance their experience with Treering's offerings.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams (such as sales, product, and support) to resolve customer inquiries and deliver customized solutions.

• Monitor customer health indicators, gather feedback, and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement or additional services.

• Communicate effectively with customers regarding product updates, new features, and best practices.

• Proactively oversee customer retention and renewal processes, ensuring a seamless transition at the conclusion of the temporary period.

• Document and relay customer feedback, challenges, and successes to the leadership team.

• Proficiency in CRM software and customer support tools.

• 2-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related area.

• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple customer accounts while effectively prioritizing tasks.

• A problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to fulfilling customer needs.

• Experience in software, SaaS, or technology-related companies is advantageous.

• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
