This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will serve as the strategic liaison between our B2B clients and the technical support team.
• You will plan and manage the onboarding process as well as the customized setup of CRM accounts.
• You will create intricate automations and "if-then" logic to eliminate manual tasks.
• You will assess, enhance, and only implement technical processes once they operate seamlessly for the client.
• You will facilitate effective project alignments via Zoom and guarantee the correct application of the new infrastructure at the client's end.
• Proven track record in developing automation workflows (e.g., using Zapier, Make, or directly within CRM systems).
• Comprehensive understanding of data structures and the scalability of digital processes.
• Business-fluent English to cater to our international clientele.
