Customer Success Manager, Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for designated accounts, ensuring a smooth customer journey.

• Enhance customer engagement, adoption, and retention through proactive outreach and strategic touchpoints.

• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of each customer's business goals and align our solutions accordingly.

• Track customer health scores and usage metrics to foresee risks and opportunities.

• Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate value, gather feedback, and pinpoint areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Support teams to represent customer needs effectively.

• Take ownership of renewals, upsells, and account growth strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.

• Keep precise records, renewal forecasts, and pipeline management in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Account Executive position within a SaaS or technology-oriented setting.

• Demonstrated success in managing customer relationships, renewals, and account growth.

• Excellent consultative selling, communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

• Competence in analyzing customer data and transforming insights into actionable strategies.

• Highly organized, detail-focused, and proactive in handling multiple accounts.

• Experience with CRM and customer success platforms (e.g., Gainsight, HubSpot, Salesforce).

• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
