This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
β’ Act as the primary liaison for designated accounts, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
β’ Foster customer engagement, adoption, and retention through proactive outreach and strategic interactions.
β’ Gain a comprehensive understanding of each client's business goals and tailor our solutions to meet their requirements.
β’ Track customer health metrics and usage statistics to foresee potential risks and seize opportunities.
β’ Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate value, gather feedback, and pinpoint areas for improvement.
β’ Collaborate across departments with Product, Sales, and Support teams to advocate for customer interests.
β’ Take ownership of renewals, upsells, and strategies for account growth to enhance customer lifetime value.
β’ Keep precise records, renewal projections, and pipeline management within the CRM (e.g., HubSpot).
β’ Over 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Account Executive roles in a SaaS or technology-focused environment.
β’ Demonstrated success in managing customer relationships, renewals, and account expansion.
β’ Excellent consultative selling, communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
β’ Capability to analyze customer data and convert insights into actionable plans.
β’ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in handling multiple accounts.
β’ Familiarity with CRM and customer success tools (e.g., Gainsight, HubSpot, Salesforce).
β’ Proficiency in English is mandatory.
