This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Management of a dedicated customer portfolio (B2C)
• Assistance with legal matters (no legal advice required)
• Identification and resolution of issues
• Proactive support and guidance for our clients
• Consultation on suitable solutions and services
• Close collaboration with our Legal and Backoffice teams
• Strong communication skills (clear, calm, solution-oriented)
• Self-responsibility and entrepreneurial mindset
• Experience in customer interactions (support, sales, or customer success)
• Ability to remain composed in challenging situations
• Goal-oriented work with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term client relationships
• Fixed salary: €3,200 – €3,800 gross per month
• 100% remote work
