This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will oversee our client projects from start to finish, utilizing tools such as Asana to keep all components organized.
• You will take charge of our client relationships, strategically advancing projects.
• You will guide our clients from the initial kickoff to the reporting stage, serving as their main point of contact throughout the project.
• You will create effective lead generation strategies and collaborate with your team to implement them successfully.
• You will deliver persuasive presentations of your strategies, winning clients over with your ideas and concepts.
• You will consistently monitor KPIs, timelines, and results to ensure measurable project progress.
• You will coordinate internal teams and freelancers, ensuring everyone operates efficiently and collaboratively.
• You will evolve into a B2B marketing expert, continuously developing more effective strategies for our clients alongside your team.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in client/account management.
• At least 2 years of experience in project management.
• Proficient in digital tools and platforms.
• Strong communication skills, both with clients and within the team, characterized by an open and outgoing demeanor.
• A reliable and organized approach to planning and managing projects.
• A proactive mindset, solution-oriented thinking, and a commitment to personal development.
• Ability to interpret target-group insights and comprehend complex IT products.
• Performance-driven with a strong commitment to your responsibilities.
• Fluency in German at C2 or native level; proficiency in English at a business level.
• Flexibility to work as a permanent employee or on a freelance basis.
• Competitive annual salary ranging from €50,000 to €65,000, based on experience and calculated for a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
