This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Take responsibility for maintaining the relationship quality of a designated portfolio of accounts.
β’ Create Customer Success Plans that document the value provided.
β’ Enhance the adoption of Autodesk Forma within these accounts by addressing customer challenges using our technology.
β’ Reduce any churn risks and facilitate discussions regarding expansion.
β’ Gain expertise in our Autodesk Forma Platform, including its current features and future roadmap.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in the Construction Industry or Construction Technology sector.
β’ In-depth knowledge of AEC workflows and familiarity with BIM solutions related to Construction Technology.
β’ Understanding of the Autodesk Forma Platform or comparable CDE and Construction/Project Management solutions.
β’ Proven experience in conveying the value of technology and its features to clients.
β’ Proficient in the German language at a professional level (both written and spoken).
β’ Willingness to travel as necessary.
β’ Experience in cultivating face-to-face relationships with clients.
