This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with Spanish-speaking clients, including some based in the US, by providing outstanding customer success through proactive support and a structured approach.
• Oversee onboarding, training sessions, and occasional events, primarily in Mexico City or Monterrey (preferred location; however, willingness to travel is necessary).
• Leverage tools such as HubSpot, Teams, and Zoom to monitor client progress, address issues, and ensure product adoption within a rapidly growing environment.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to elevate feedback, refine processes, and aid in client retention and growth.
• A minimum of **3 years** experience in customer success, account management, or support (preferably within the fintech, wealth tech, or family office sectors).
• Proficiency in **Spanish and English.**
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Teams, Zoom, or comparable CRM/tools.
• Ability to analyze customer data for actionable insights.
• A proactive, inquisitive, and process-oriented mindset, along with strong client-facing skills to excel in dynamic startups; adept at problem-solving and relationship development.
• Preference for candidates based in Mexico (Mexico City/Monterrey); other locations must be open to occasional travel.
• Bonus: Experience with wealth management tools is a plus.
