This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You seek an exhilarating opportunity in sales.
• As an educational advisor for our continuing education products, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team of 12 individuals spread across Germany.
• Interface management: You will serve as the communication link between Sales, internal service delivery teams, WBS locations, and Product Management.
• Customer support & onboarding: You will assist prospects and clients with specific project requests.
• Suitability assessments & consultation: You will conduct suitability evaluations, prepare training proposals, and offer personalized, solution-focused guidance.
• Process coordination & documentation: You will oversee the necessary steps throughout the proposal and project lifecycle.
• Digital competence & service orientation: You will leverage modern tools and systems, utilizing your digital skills to efficiently design processes with a customer-centric approach.
• Relationship management: You will nurture long-term relationships with our clients and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
• You possess professional experience with a strong sales orientation, such as in B2B sales.
• You have experience in acquiring new customers.
• You have experience advising corporate clients or working in a setting where you proactively offered solutions to companies.
• Experience in adult education or personnel development is advantageous but not mandatory.
• You are a confident user of MS Office and are open to digital tools and new media.
• You demonstrate an independent, structured working style with a high level of personal responsibility and dependability.
• You have German language proficiency at least at the C2 level.
