This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the onboarding of new clients by adhering to the sales process and familiarizing them with our services.

• Act as the primary contact for clients, offering guidance, updates, and support throughout their journey.

• Organize weekly and monthly meetings with clients based on the type of service provided (Social Media or SEO).

• Ensure client retention by proactively identifying and resolving issues, while providing effective solutions.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, fulfillment, and operations, to achieve client objectives.

• Monitor and report on client progress and performance metrics consistently.

• Address issues as necessary and manage challenging client interactions with professionalism and confidence.

• Contribute to process enhancements and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Customer Success Management function.

• Mentor and support future Customer Success Managers as the department expands.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in roles such as Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or Client Success Specialist, ideally within a marketing agency setting.

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and social media advertising, including proficiency in Facebook Ads.

• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and client management abilities.

• Capability to manage difficult client scenarios with professionalism and assertiveness.

• Familiarity with tools like GoHighLevel, Asana, Slack, and other CRM/project management applications.

• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.

• A passion for delivering exceptional results for clients.

• Preferred: Experience collaborating with contractors or service-oriented clients.

• Leadership experience or a desire to advance into a senior Customer Success Manager role.
