This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Foster customer loyalty, adoption, and the implementation of Trellix Solutions.
• Establish a trusted advisor relationship with key stakeholders and executive sponsors of the customer.
• Create and manage customer-specific success plans to ensure effective onboarding, adoption, and satisfaction throughout the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Sales to facilitate the transition of the account from Pre-Sales to Customer Success.
• Serve as an advocate for customers with an emphasis on transformation and engagement.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of the typical business and cybersecurity challenges encountered by customers.
• Address escalations related to deployment or issues that hinder customer productivity.
• Recognize potential risks that may prevent customers from achieving their desired outcomes.
• Over 5 years of experience in customer engagement and account management within a Cybersecurity/SaaS solutions company and/or the enterprise software industry is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel more than 25% of the time.
• Proven success working with a portfolio of enterprise clients, leading to the adoption, expansion, and renewal of our innovative products.
• Strong customer focus with the capability to manage complex projects and navigate conflicting requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across various functions.
• Cybersecurity industry certifications are a plus (e.g., CISSP, Security+, CISM).
• Customer Success certifications are a bonus.
• A university degree or equivalent experience is required.
