Customer Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Conduct welcome and onboarding sessions with new members.

• Facilitate structured 45-minute Zoom onboarding meetings.

• Assist members in navigating the platform and clarifying next steps.

• Review member profiles, objectives, and strategic recommendations prior to calls.

• Aid members in setting weekly commitments and onboarding goals.

• Cultivate strong client relationships through proactive communication.

• Monitor member engagement and identify those at risk of disengagement.

• Follow up via phone, SMS, and email when members fall behind.

• Motivate action, sustain momentum, and hold members accountable.

• Address objections with confidence, empathy, and professionalism.

• Respond to client inquiries promptly and courteously.

• Support members from onboarding until they are deal-ready.

• Assist with basic feasibility assessments and understanding deals.

• Adjust communication styles to suit various personality types.

• Escalate complex financial, strategic, or technical inquiries when necessary.

• Maintain precise CRM notes and updates on client progress.

• Track onboarding, engagement, and member activities.

• Provide leadership with insights into client progress and performance.

• Consistently adhere to internal processes and workflows.


⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in client success, relationship management, account management, sales, or customer onboarding.

• Outstanding spoken and written English communication abilities.

• Confident, professional, and engaging demeanor during Zoom calls.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport.

• Capability to ask insightful questions and effectively steer conversations.

• Comfortable holding clients accountable for agreed-upon actions.

• High emotional intelligence and proficient listening skills.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to process adherence.

• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify potential issues before they escalate.

• Ability to work during Australian business hours consistently.

• Proficient in using CRM systems and digital platforms.

• Experience with high-value or high-touch clients.

• Familiarity with property, real estate, coaching, or investment sectors.

• Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM systems.

• Understanding of personality or behavioral assessment frameworks.

• Interest in AI-powered platforms and technology-driven businesses.
