This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Serve as the primary program manager.
• Actively identify challenges and gaps within platforms, customer, or vendor processes, and collaborate with Tangoe Teams to offer alternative solutions that uphold a high standard of Customer Satisfaction/CSAT.
• Balance customer advocacy with Tangoe's best interests in business strategy.
• Lead all customer calls to ensure the program progresses appropriately.
• Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of Tangoe products and services to facilitate valuable strategic discussions.
• Generate lead opportunities while engaging customers in discussions about expanding or enhancing current solutions.
• Efficiently monitor and communicate issues and overall objectives with the client.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions and account reviews with customers as business needs dictate.
• Engage in industry and platform-agnostic program management.
• Be accountable for notifications and awareness throughout Tangoe regarding the risk and health of the customer portfolio.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by your manager.
• Proficient in both written and spoken French and English (this is mandatory).
• At least 2 years of experience in a dynamic, customer-facing role.
• Experience working directly with customer decision-makers and managing customer escalations.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
• Comfortable collaborating across teams to achieve results and resolve issues.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload to meet deadlines effectively.
• Capable of driving issue resolution under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and generally adept with technology, including the use of various tools and systems.
• Experience in the telecom industry would be advantageous.
