Customer Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Develop and nurture strong connections with clients and key stakeholders.

• Act as the main point of contact for customer communication and support.

• Assist customers throughout onboarding, implementation, and product adoption phases.

• Track customer engagement, satisfaction, and overall account well-being.

• Proactively seek opportunities to enhance customer retention and success.

• Conduct regular client check-ins, business reviews, and follow-up meetings.

• Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to meet customer needs and ensure a positive experience.

• Address customer issues and escalate concerns as needed.

• Recognize upselling and cross-selling opportunities within current accounts.

• Keep precise customer records and account activities in CRM systems.

• Evaluate customer feedback and usage trends to offer strategic recommendations.

• Aid in the development and enhancement of customer success processes and workflows.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Relations, or a related field.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong skills in relationship-building and interpersonal interactions.

• Customer-centric mindset with robust problem-solving capabilities.

• Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.

• Capability to manage multiple client accounts and effectively prioritize tasks.

• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and engagement metrics.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

• Experience in SaaS, B2B, or technology-focused industries is a plus.

• Knowledge of customer success tools and reporting platforms.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
