This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• As a member of the Customer Success team, you will assist our customers in addressing any unresolved issues and challenges they may face.
• Your primary responsibility will be to provide support through phone interactions and written communication via our ticketing system.
• You will guide our customers and respond to their inquiries promptly and effectively.
• Additionally, you will play an active role in enhancing our internal processes, which will help fortify the foundation of our company.
• You consistently find solutions and assist not only our customers in addressing their inquiries and concerns but also support your colleagues in other departments.
• Leveraging your experience with ticketing systems, you will process and prioritize incoming requests efficiently.
• With your expertise and service-oriented mindset, you will address our customers' questions professionally and courteously over the phone.
• You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure that requests are resolved swiftly and satisfactorily.
• Once you are well-acquainted with your responsibilities, you will also aid new team members by providing a thorough onboarding experience in Customer Success.
• Problem-solving orientation: You demonstrate empathy towards our customers' issues and strive to help them find solutions as quickly as possible.
• Customer focus: You possess initial experience in customer interactions, customer service, or support, along with a fundamental understanding of customer needs and issue resolution; you can empathize with the customer experience.
• Diligence & reliability: You execute your tasks reliably, independently, swiftly, and meticulously. You are also capable of recognizing when a customer inquiry or complaint should be escalated to management.
• Strong communication skills: You articulate well, show empathy, and can clarify complex matters in simple terms. You communicate with our customers in German and are comfortable switching to English when necessary.
• Team player: You thrive in a motivated and effective team environment and appreciate cross-departmental collaboration.
