This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Vice Presidents, Directors, Executives, and Engineering Champions.
• Take ownership of the overall commercial health for your customer group.
• Facilitate Strategic Business Reviews (SBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Actively identify 'at-risk' accounts through data-driven health assessments.
• Represent the 'Voice of the Customer' within the organization and work with Marketing to transform successful customers into public advocates.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, or related fields).
• Over 5 years of experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment in a technical customer-facing position (Customer Success Manager, Account Management, or Technical Account Management).
• Demonstrated success in managing a quota and effectively handling renewals and expansions.
• Outstanding communication skills with the capability to navigate complex organizational structures.
• Knowledge of CRM data platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot).
• Initiatives focused on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
