This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Oversee customer relationships, serving as the main contact for inquiries and escalated issues.
• Collaborate with IT and operations teams to enhance fulfillment processes, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Deliver actionable insights derived from customer feedback to foster improvements.
• Guarantee the prompt and effective resolution of customer concerns.
• Monitor and assess customer service metrics to enhance overall performance.
• Address complex or escalated customer complaints.
• Provide regular updates on customer support activities to senior management.
• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager.
• Background in the ecommerce fulfillment industry is preferred.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and effectively communicating in English.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
• Exceptional time management and project management abilities.
• High level of independent judgment and reasoning skills.
• Capable of identifying mistakes and rectifying one's own actions.
