This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Oversee the complete customer lifecycle for a specific portfolio of clients, from post-sales onboarding to renewal.
• Organize and facilitate quarterly or semi-annual Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) with client leadership to assess strategic objectives.
• Actively track customer health and adoption metrics.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales/Account Management team to identify, evaluate, and develop business cases for growth opportunities.
• At least 2 years of direct experience as a Customer Success Manager or in a comparable strategic account management position within a B2B SaaS organization.
• Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives.
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data (usage, campaign performance, ROI metrics) and construct persuasive business cases.
• Proficiency in utilizing Customer Success Management platforms (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo) and familiarity with reporting and presentation tools (Google Sheets/Docs/Slides).
• Bachelor's degree is preferred in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
