• Demonstrated experience as a Customer Success Manager or in a similar client-facing position.
• Background in financial markets, preferably with banking clients.
• Ideally familiar with regulatory reporting and/or risk management.
• Previous experience in an international environment, particularly with international banks.
• Residing in Bogota.
