Customer Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Concentrate on enhancing customer loyalty, retention, and growth.

• Ensure visibility of the customer experience throughout the client’s journey.

• Collect and manage data pertaining to clients.

• Identify initiatives for process improvement to elevate customer experience.

• Foster strong and enduring relationships with customers.

• Navigate challenging situations through transparency and collaboration.

• Achieve designated KPIs and communicate effectively during significant incidents.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related disciplines.

• Demonstrated experience as a Customer Success Manager or in a similar client-facing position.

• Background in financial markets, preferably with banking clients.

• Ideally familiar with regulatory reporting and/or risk management.

• Previous experience in an international environment, particularly with international banks.

• Residing in Bogota.
