This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
β’ Manages relationships with each customer, acting as a liaison between the client and Rackspace's support infrastructure to ensure all technical requirements are fulfilled.
β’ Takes ownership of customer issues from initial identification through to final resolution.
β’ Enhances the customer relationship by establishing a strong rapport with key stakeholders.
β’ Identifies opportunities for sales, networking, and public relations.
β’ 2 to 4 years of experience in a Customer Success Manager position is essential.
β’ A Bachelor's Degree is required, ideally in a field relevant to the role.
β’ A fundamental understanding of the IT industry and various technologies is necessary.
β’ Basic knowledge of Rackspace's product offerings, server technology, and computer hardware is required.
β’ A basic understanding of Cloud technologies and their operational practices is essential.
