• Customer Success Managers are tasked with managing the relationships they hold with each of their clients.
• Enhance the strength of customer relationships by cultivating a strong rapport with clients.
• Identify and take charge of revenue retention initiatives.
• Ensure customer satisfaction while effectively handling challenging situations.
• Collaborate across departments to guarantee a Fanatical Customer Experience.
• Support the organization by fostering and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
• Address customer inquiries and assist in resolving service-related incidents.
• Aid in sustaining revenue streams and identifying potential add-on business opportunities.
• Comply with company security policies, procedures, and any relevant standards.
• Adequate understanding of ITIL and Project Management principles.
• Sufficient knowledge of relevant technologies and managed services.
• Familiarity with financial terminology and business acumen.
• Good grasp of industry best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of Rackspace products and their unique position in the market.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve issues and follow through until complete resolution.
• Strong organizational skills, time management, and prioritization capabilities.
