This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Capable of achieving regular renewal and customer satisfaction goals.
• Responsible for encouraging customers to become referenceable.
• Oversee the development, upkeep, and delivery of the “Customer Journey” documentation.
• Tasked with tracking all customer-related interactions and updates within Salesforce.
• Keep an eye on customer growth and changes in personnel.
• Enhance customers’ usage of QAD products.
• Collaborate with sales executives worldwide to keep them informed about issues, support escalations, events, growth, and other matters related to assigned customers.
• Assist in deal execution as necessary, including liaising with the customer procurement team.
• Alert sales executives about new opportunities for current customers or potential new leads.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales, project implementation, and/or customer service.
• A Bachelor’s degree.
• 2-4 years of experience with ERP/SaaS software is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Planhat, and Gainsight is preferred.
• Clearly understands how their work aligns with broader team or project objectives.
• Actively seeks out opportunities to enhance efficiency or effectiveness in their area of responsibility.
• Takes the initiative to work collaboratively with others across teams to accomplish shared goals.
