This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Ensure that customers in North America enjoy exceptional experiences with PTC solutions.
• Enhance PTC’s relationships with Direct Strategic/Enterprise and Commercial clients.
• Develop and sustain the partnership operating framework, ensuring stakeholder engagement to drive customer outcomes that facilitate expansion and renewal.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the client’s executive, program, and technical teams, working closely with PTC stakeholders.
• Represent the voice of the customer within PTC, delivering essential feedback to improve the overall experience and product quality while identifying opportunities for market growth.
• Act as a key member of the account team, accurately identifying and responding to new threats and opportunities, maintaining proactive engagement, and providing account management support.
• Efficiently oversee adoption programs for key accounts as designated by the Customer Success and Sales Regional Directors.
• Ensure a swift and successful adoption of any acquired solutions, ensuring that customers derive value from these solutions.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Customer Success, Project Management, Program Management, or a related field.
• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Capability to work entirely remotely, with the flexibility to travel as necessary (approximately 10% of the time).
