This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Establish and nurture robust, long-term relationships with designated clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, facilitating smooth onboarding and ongoing assistance.
• Comprehend client goals and ensure effective utilization of our platform to achieve their desired results.
• Monitor customer engagement and proactively recognize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Product, and Operations) to guarantee seamless service delivery.
• Oversee client renewals, track success metrics, and minimize churn through consistent engagement.
• Address escalations efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Gather and convey customer feedback to inform future product enhancements.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Servicing position.
• Experience within the event industry or familiarity with event technology platforms is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple accounts concurrently.
