This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Build a trusting relationship with Pathmonk’s clients.
• Address customer concerns by gaining expertise in relevant product areas and learning to troubleshoot a wide range of customer issues.
• Engage in one-on-one interactions with customers during the launch phase and with select clients to ensure adoption and advanced usage of Pathmonk.
• Deliver prompt, precise, and personalized communication to Pathmonk users via email, Zoom calls, and live chat.
• Update and maintain our knowledge base to enhance the accuracy of the support we offer to customers.
• Lead and manage the renewals process alongside the sales team to maintain and strengthen customer contracts and relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to translate business needs and product requirements into innovative solutions for customers.
• Assist in generating customer references and case studies.
• Over 2 years of relevant experience in customer success and support.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling quick establishment of customer relationships.
• Passion for educating customers at all levels of technical expertise.
• Exceptional communicator, skilled in both verbal and written English/language, and enjoys crafting clear and concise messages for customers.
• Strong understanding of SaaS applications.
• Creative problem-solving abilities under pressure when addressing customer issues.
• Proven track record of meeting personal and team objectives.
