Customer Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive support and foster the development of our current customers.

• Conduct regular meetings with customers and actively oversee ongoing projects.

• Manage stakeholders on an equal footing with executive management and department heads.

• Oversee the implementation of SaaS platform migrations and guide customers throughout the entire process.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for SaaS customer support – not a developer, but technically proficient and adept with modern tools.

• Prepare and submit funding/grant applications while coordinating with funding consultants in the R&D sector.

• Maintain and organize project data effectively.

• Develop and implement structured workflows, particularly in finance and tax-related areas.

• Utilize CRM systems and G Suite (Google Workspace) applications to ensure efficient customer support.

• Assist with organizational matters, including familiarity with the German Growth Opportunities Act.


⛳️ Requirements

• A completed bachelor's degree in a business-related field or an equivalent qualification.

• 2–5 years of professional experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role.

• Proficient in business English (C1) and native-level German (C2).

• Strong numerical affinity and a preference for structured content, especially in finance, tax, and legal documents.

• Experience with CRM systems and G Suite (Google Workspace) applications.

• Excellent self-organization, planning skills, and a solution-focused working style.

• Detail-oriented, results-driven work approach complemented by effective communication skills.

• Familiarity with the German Growth Opportunities Act and an interest in organizational matters is advantageous.
