This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers, assisting them with setup, training, and best practices to guarantee effective adoption of the platform.
• Establish and nurture robust customer relationships, acting as the main point of contact to comprehend their goals, challenges, and usage trends.
• Actively monitor customer health and engagement, pinpointing risks and opportunities to enhance retention and growth.
• Offer product expertise and troubleshooting assistance, working closely with support, product, and engineering teams to efficiently resolve issues.
• Collect customer feedback and advocate for their needs internally, aiding in the influence of product enhancements and ensuring the customer perspective is represented throughout the organization.
• Currently a practicing dentist in Egypt.
• Over 3 years of professional experience, preferably in B2B SaaS with a substantial book of business and/or within the dentistry field.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Enthusiasm for learning about artificial intelligence and its applications in dentistry.
