This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Oversee the post-sale experience for Portuguese accounts, guiding them from initial onboarding through to long-term renewals and growth.
• Collaborate with customers to integrate Neara into their everyday operations, particularly in areas such as vegetation management, clearance analysis, and CAPEX prioritization.
• Connect intricate technical outputs (AI/Physics models) with executive-level business objectives.
• Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and sustain high-level relationships with key stakeholders in DSOs and TSOs.
• Represent the Portuguese market by working alongside our EU Sales, Deployment, and Product teams to ensure our roadmap aligns with local requirements.
• Track customer health scores and enhance Net Revenue Retention (NRR) by pinpointing upsell opportunities.
• 5-10+ years of professional experience in Customer Success, Technical Consulting, or Enterprise Account Management.
• Ideally, possess a background in Utilities, Infrastructure, Energy, or Engineering SaaS, with familiarity in GIS or Asset Management systems being a significant advantage.
• Proficient in Portuguese and possess professional fluency in English.
• Comfortable engaging in data-driven discussions and able to navigate technical dialogues with both engineers and executives.
• Demonstrate intelligence, creativity, and a passion for making a meaningful impact in the real world.
• Willing to travel 20-40% of the time.
• An engineering background (Electrical, Industrial, Civil, or Energy) is a plus.
• Experience working with Electricity Distribution (DSO) or Transmission (TSO) operators is advantageous.
• Your efforts will directly enhance the safety and reliability of global power grids, aiding utilities in wildfire prevention and preparation for climate-related weather events.
• You will develop expert-level skills in our engineering-grade 3D modeling environment and gain exposure to cutting-edge Digital Twin technology.
