This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.
• Take charge of your account portfolio, managing a selection of customers predominantly comprised of Shopify brands utilizing influencer marketing initiatives.
• Assist clients in defining their objectives, collaboratively develop a plan, and understand effective strategies through consistent check-ins.
• Promote the use of Modash features such as Discovery, Campaigns, CRM, email outreach, Shopify integrations, and affiliate tracking.
• Facilitate the onboarding of new clients, ensure a seamless transition from Sales to Customer Success, and aid them in setting up Modash.
• Act as the primary connection between customers and the Product team, clearly conveying customer issues and influencing future developments.
• Collaborate with Support to escalate and resolve technical challenges, while also creating customer-facing resources alongside Marketing.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a comparable customer-facing position.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You can create recaps and emails that are straightforward and genuinely beneficial.
• Highly organized with strong follow-through skills. Capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously without oversight.
• Proactive thinker who collaborates with customers to create a plan instead of merely responding to issues as they arise.
• Quick learner who can swiftly become an expert on Modash products.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrates ownership and persistence. When encountering obstacles, you seek solutions and continue moving forward.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment where change is constant.
• Nice-to-haves:
• Experience in working with influencer marketing teams, e-commerce brands, or within the creator economy.
• Familiarity with Shopify brands and the daily workings of e-commerce teams.
• Experience with common Customer Success and billing tools (e.g., Vitally, Intercom, and Stripe).
