This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Accountable for engaging, adopting, and showcasing the value of Mineral.
• Act as a primary contact and liaison for Mineral, including proactive outreach to partners and clients as necessary.
• Provide assistance with sales training across all product lines for channel partners as required.
• Consult with partners and clients to determine product objectives, available resources, timelines, and establish suitable expectations.
• Offer guidance to partners and clients regarding new products and tailored solutions.
• Work closely with the Account Management team to facilitate renewals and expansions.
• Engage in the design and delivery of training sessions and webinars for partners and clients to enhance overall adoption and engagement.
• Collaborate with Account Managers on go-to-market strategies that promote the adoption of our services and products.
• Leverage Salesforce and other internal tools (Gainsight, Mineral) to ensure relevant information is communicated to the appropriate teams and workspaces.
• Deliver monthly updates on objectives, adoption, value, retention rates, and achievement of goals.
• Participate in industry events as required.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
• At least 3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or another partner-facing role.
• Exceptional customer service, presentation, and customer management abilities with a focus on providing solutions.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to establish clear and effective business processes.
• Self-driven professional with a robust work ethic and the ability to manage issues and projects through to completion.
• Capacity to identify sales opportunities and strategically develop partnerships.
• Proven success in fostering strong relationships and creating mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Experience and enthusiasm for public speaking and presenting to both small and large audiences, both virtually and in person.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, internet navigation, and online meeting software such as WebEx, GoToMeeting, and Zoom.
