This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Act as the main liaison between our strategic customers and internal teams, playing a vital role in our Customer Success organization.
• Cultivate and enhance customer relationships by gaining in-depth knowledge of the customer's organization and identifying key advocates.
• Communicate the benefits of our open-source database/SaaS cloud platform while encouraging customer engagement and adoption.
• Oversee post-sale support activities, including customer onboarding, adoption, advocacy, reviews/updates, and retention efforts.
• Collaborate with various internal technical teams to address and resolve customer issues.
• Relay customers’ needs and desires to the Product Management team to facilitate product enhancements.
• Work collaboratively with strategic and technical colleagues to achieve customer objectives.
• Assess opportunities through follow-ups, adhering to company SLAs and best practices guidelines.
• 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing Customer Success Manager role within a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS products, solutions, or ecosystems.
• Skilled at delivering results and resolving complex business challenges.
• Proficiency in the English language.
• Background in a solution-sales or cloud technology setting.
• Familiarity with prospecting and relationship management using platforms such as Salesforce.com, Catalyst, etc.
• Strong presentation, organizational, and communication abilities (both written and verbal).
