This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.
• Act as the main liaison between our strategic customers and internal teams.
• Cultivate and enhance customer relationships by gaining in-depth knowledge of a customer's organization and identifying key advocates.
• Clearly communicate the benefits of our open-source database/SaaS cloud platform, while promoting customer engagement and adoption.
• Oversee post-sale support activities, including customer onboarding, adoption, advocacy, reviews/updates, and retention.
• Collaborate with various internal technical teams to address customer issues.
• Relay customers’ feedback and requirements to the Product Management team for product enhancement.
• Work collaboratively with strategic and technical colleagues to achieve customer objectives.
• Evaluate opportunities through follow-ups.
• 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing CSM role within a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS products, solutions, or ecosystems.
• Skilled in driving results and outcomes while addressing complex business challenges.
• Proficiency in the English language.
• Background in a solution-sales/cloud technology setting.
• Experience in prospecting and relationship management using platforms such as Salesforce.com.
• Outstanding presentation, organizational, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
