This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Act as a trusted advisor for pharmaceutical clients at various organizational levels.
• Convert patient-reported data and real-world insights into actionable strategies.
• Develop, implement, and manage client rollout plans to ensure seamless product integration.
• Track and demonstrate return on investment (ROI) for clients, facilitating renewal discussions.
• Work collaboratively with Data Science, Commercial, and Marketing teams.
• Advocate for mama health in high-stakes client meetings and strategic quarterly reviews.
• 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or a similar client-facing role with a strong track record in managing client relationships.
• Exceptional relationship management abilities with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals is preferred; candidates with a strong interest and a quick learning ability will also be considered.
• Outstanding organizational skills to consistently deliver in a fast-paced setting.
• Passion for developing innovative approaches and guiding clients through new experiences.
• Flexible and open to taking on responsibilities beyond the traditional scope of Customer Success.
• Proficient in utilizing data-driven insights and translating complex information into clear value narratives for clients.
• Flourish in cross-functional team environments and exhibit strong teamwork skills.
• Fluent in English, with additional knowledge of German, Italian, Spanish, or French being a plus.
